Rotary License Plates

If you want to show your support for Rotary in Indiana, you can get a Rotary license plate to proudly display on your car, truck, or motorcycle.  You don't have to be a Rotary member, but if you are, some of the proceeds from the license plate will go to your local Rotary club.

Paper Form

The process is simple: fill out the form, get it stamped, and then send it in to the BMV.  The form is here:  Download License Plate Form

Once you have the form filled out mail it to the address below, and we'll sign it, stamp it, and send it right back to you.

Online Form

If you'd rather fill in the form online, it's a quicker way to get started. Just fill in this form, and we'll send you back the signed and stamped piece of paper that the BMV requires to get your Rotary plate.

The fee for a Rotary license plate is $25, in addition to the normal registration or renewal fee that you will pay at the BMV. Rotarians are an honest group, and we have never had a problem using the honor system. If you say that a check is on the way, we'll go ahead and send the signed and stamped Rotary License Plate form to you immediately.
